The Pied Piper

Jesus is the Pied Piper who leads us to reason.

Stairway to Heaven

And it's whispered that soon, if we all call the tune,
Then the piper will lead us to reason.
And a new day will dawn for those who stand long,
And the forests will echo with laughter.

If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now,
It's just a spring clean for the May queen.
Yes, there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run
There's still time to change the road you're on.
And it makes me wonder.

Your head is humming and it won't go, in case you don't know,
The piper's calling you to join him,
Dear lady, can you hear the wind blow, and did you know
Your stairway lies on the whispering wind?

The Pied Piper of Hamelin

When, lo, as they reached the mountain-side,
A wondrous portal opened wide,
As if a cavern was suddenly hollowed;
And the Piper advanced and the children followed,
And when all were in to the very last,
The door in the mountain-side shut fast.

Faith can move mountains. When you become children-like which is to behave without malice, you enter the kingdom of God.
Matthew 18
1 At the same time came the disciples unto Jesus, saying, Who is the greatest in the kingdom of heaven? 2 And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, 3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven. 4 Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven.

1001 Nights

Good Morning Kids! Now its my time to learn something from your classmate Mishma and I have a commentary at it. She tells the story of A Thousand and One Nights:
In the original tale, a king, after finding out that his wife was unfaithful, develops a bitter and cynical view on women, and decides to punish all women in his land, by marrying and then killing them the next day. But one day, one of his brides, decides to tell him a story. She ends the night in a cliffhanger, which stops the king from killing her, so that she can continue the story the next day. Likewise, for a thousand and one nights, the woman kept telling stories, ending them in cliffhangers and starting stories within stories. All of these stories had unreliable narrators, complicated situations and morals, and made the king realize the complexity of human nature, and therefore that it's unfair to punish all women for one person's crime, so after his wife finishes the stories, he ends up making her his queen, and stopped his cruel practice.
The bible, of course tells of A Thousand Years. So in the Arabian tale, the writer just changed years to nights. A thousand years in the Bible is the benchmark for a lifetime since the oldest man to have lived is Methuselah who was reported to die at 969 years old. Whether humans can live to that age is not we are talking about here, leave them to the archaeologists. We are saying A Thousand Years is forever. In saying A Thousand and One, meanwhile is to say forever and a day. Like everything and more. The best becomes better. I know this is exaggeration but who can blame romantic people.

Want Peace

Matthew 24
14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. 15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: 17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: 18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. 19 And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 20 But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day: 21 For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22 And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. 23 Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. 24 For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 25 Behold, I have told you before.
The end is when you find peace, the end of the cycle. The end comes at different times to every people. When you mourn and you are comforted. You seek and you find. I have told you this before. The disciples did not think twice in joining Jesus if you remember the fishermen disciples who has a father. Its because the father can take care of himself. However those who have who have children and babies have the most difficult predicament because they cannot join Jesus immediately because they are concerned of the future of their children and babies who are partakers of the wild olive trees. The great tribulation is in your heart those who cannot decide immediately to follow the doctrines of Jesus.

Mark 10
17 And when he was gone forth into the way, there came one running, and kneeled to him, and asked him, Good Master, what shall I do that I may inherit eternal life? 18 And Jesus said unto him, Why callest thou me good? there is none good but one, that is, God. 19 Thou knowest the commandments, Do not commit adultery, Do not kill, Do not steal, Do not bear false witness, Defraud not, Honour thy father and mother. 20 And he answered and said unto him, Master, all these have I observed from my youth. 21 Then Jesus beholding him loved him, and said unto him, One thing thou lackest: go thy way, sell whatsoever thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, take up the cross, and follow me. 22 And he was sad at that saying, and went away grieved: for he had great possessions.
This is a righteous young man who has a different religion. Do you think he grieves because he cannot join Jesus? I think not. This is a sarcasm because the young man has found a kindred spirit. However he cannot leave his roots. That is fine because as a friend of the Christians, the young man is already a partaker of the kingdom of Jesus.

For those who have false teachings, this should not be difficult choice. You do not have a choice.

Revelation 3
17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
The kingdom of Jesus is rich with the golden rule and pure traditions. So if you wanna partake of it, then repent and learn how to fish the right way and be fishers of man. No to illegal fishing.

Why is the white raiment traditions? Is because the body is the foundation and the white clothes are the traditional accessories you add.

You hide your riches with your clothes so that people treat you for what you are and not for who you are.

Family of Olives

I am against abortion because only God can take away life the righteous way. In the example of the Olive tree, even natural branches are broken off if it is not healthy for the mother plant. If the doctor says it is life-threatening for the woman to have the baby, then abortion is justified so that the woman can live.

That is why the wife is always right and why the husband should be more patient even though the couple love each other - is to have healthy babies and raise them up the righteous way to have a happy family.

If the woman is pregnant and is unhappy, the negativity is passed on to the baby. So the husband must behave. We want super babies. Okay?

Special Olympics

Matthew 19
12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.
Special children are eunuchs born from their mother's wombs. They are not to marry because they are not capable of love like that of couples and they need care and I think some can provide for themselves if they have guardians. However they are capable of love like children to parents and as friends cause they are forever children.

Stereotypes

Good Morning Kids! Our lesson for today is to give a commentary to your classmate Aimee about the stereotypes.
Stereotype (n): a widely held but fixed and oversimplified image or idea of a particular type of person or thing.
Most of the time stereotyped characters make me want to go again? every time I read about them. I mean, I don’t have anything against stereotypes in particular since a lot of them do happen in real life… but do they always? So today, I’m going to share with you the ways these stereotypes can be switched up into something better, and/or more realistic!
My definition of a stereotype is this is a classical thought so on the basis that it is old and famous that is accepted as the truth without much scrutiny. We have to scrutinize and try all spirits if they are of the truth or not. Stereotypes are being revamped that is why we see innovations in science and technology for example.

1. The Tomboy Who’s “One of the Guys”
THE STEREOTYPE: Books and movies portray tomboys (girls who act a lot like guys) as “one of the guys,” or always hangs out with guys and is considered to be part of their “manly group.”

PERSONAL THOUGHTS: This stereotype does make sense, but how about tomboys who still hangout with girls? Or tomboys who hang out with a mix of both?

REVAMPED: Can we please have a tomboy who’s one of the girls?
How about if the tomboy hangs out with gays? I mean like-minded people they become friends so they hang out together. Short hair is not a basis for being a tomboy. Tomboy for me is a woman who has a woman partner and is behaving the man in their relationship. Same-sex relationship that is strictly disallowed in the doctrines of Jesus.

2. The Wise Old Man/Woman
THE STEREOTYPE: In books and movies, almost all old people are portrayed as wise, and often give advice to our young heroes and heroines.

PERSONAL THOUGHTS: Okay, yeah, wise people have more experience and knowledge, but do they all? How about those that grew up alone, or maybe with no education?

REVAMPED: Let’s have an old guy who actually is pretty clueless and even puts the main characters in danger.
People have singular experiences so that means old people have more singular experiences. Does not necessarily make them wise. Otherwise we see the old people in leadership roles in our society. Listen to people regardless of their age cause they teach you something.

3. The Antisocial Nerd/Geek/Dweeb
THE STEREOTYPE: First off all, it fucking pisses me off that smart people are instantly labeled “nerds.” Even the dictionary describes nerds as: a foolish or contemptible person who lacks social skills or is boringly studious.
PERSONAL THOUGHTS: And I’m just like… what?! I don’t know about other schools, but in ours, super geniuses are greatly admired and mostly have a ton of friends. Or if they don’t, they want to, but other peopleare intimidated by them. So it’s not really the person himself who’s antisocial.
REVAMPED: Hit us up with a nerd who loves to drink and go to parties. Or a geek who’s even more popular than the basketball team’s star player. Or a geek who is the basketball team’s star player.
I believe people have something or someone that they obsess about so that makes them nerds in one way or another. So there should be no distinction cause some people are obsessed with action figures, some in collecting books and so on. There is a goons-looking guy I know is obsessed with spiders complete with their scientific names. If you not obsessed with something, then you are not developing the gifts that God has given you.

4. The Gentlemanly/Prim and Proper Thief/Con Artist
THE STEREOTYPE: Apparently all thieves are super stealthy to the point that they’re all gentlemen, or are extremely well-groomed all the time and are really classy in their craft–and even outside of it.
PERSONAL THOUGHTS: So thieves in our country are definitely not gentlemanly.
REVAMPED: Bring forth a thief or con artist who is clumsy, messy, and actually leaves evidence to be caught.
As a wise man told me, there is not an honest mechanic. There are white lies that is necessary because it is not a problem at all.

5. The Byronic Hero
THE STEREOTYPE: This happens so often in contemporary romances, be it YA, NA or adult. We usually have a guy who thinks he’s up on a fucking pedestal and belittles everyone, broods for 3/4 of the book because of some pretty deep shit, and yet everyone in the book seems to think he’s sexy.
PERSONAL THOUGHTS: For me, a sweet and charming guy is totally way sexier.
REVAMPED: Give us an arrogant guy that no one actually likes and doesn’t have ginormous family problems to brood about–some people just brood for no reason, you know?
Be confident but do not be overconfident because that is arrogance. So check yourself while you are young because eventually time humbles arrogant people. Be humble but not too humble cause people when they see that weakness, they will tread on you and you will be overrun. Just be a decent person.

Rule of the Jungle

Acts 10
9 On the morrow, as they went on their journey, and drew nigh unto the city, Peter went up upon the housetop to pray about the sixth hour: 10 And he became very hungry, and would have eaten: but while they made ready, he fell into a trance, 11 And saw heaven opened, and a certain vessel descending unto him, as it had been a great sheet knit at the four corners, and let down to the earth: 12 Wherein were all manner of fourfooted beasts of the earth, and wild beasts, and creeping things, and fowls of the air. 13 And there came a voice to him, Rise, Peter; kill, and eat. 14 But Peter said, Not so, Lord; for I have never eaten any thing that is common or unclean. 15 And the voice spake unto him again the second time, What God hath cleansed, thatcall not thou common. 16 This was done thrice: and the vessel was received up again into heaven.
Romans 1
24 Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
When you hunt the beasts and creeping things and fowls of the air is for food. Not for fun and bragging rights. The animals have roles in the eco-system and especially the King of the Jungle. Are you happy now that you kill a lion for fun? There are a lot of people starving and you spend your time and money killing a helpless lion. Helpless because you have a gun. Its because of the lust for evil in your heart. How about you kill a lion in "hand-to-hand" combat? Now that is true bravery and courage. You will be justified in self-defense.

Romans 1
22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23 And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
You can play video games instead which is incorruptible if you want to have fun or you can go target shooting at the range or arcades rather than killing the corruptible animals and people for fun and bragging rights.

This is no different from novelists and novels because they illustrate the good and evil. Like in the Bible talks of good people and bad people. To teach people you have to know things from both sides of the spectrum. The sinning is the murderous thoughts because you are angry to a particular person. And having adulterous thoughts when lusting to a particular person.

Same goes for other forms of media and entertainment like in films, television, radio, the internet and so on.

Of course the Least Commandments says imagining of lust with adulterous intent and imaginings of killing with murderous intent are minor sins. However as we said playing video games for fun is not a sin. Just play moderately as instructed cause the playstation and xbox and nintendo also overheats.

However watching porn is absolutely prohibited because its putting Jesus in shame once again that affects you negatively cause it leaves you angry and frustrated.

True Love

Okay from what I read and heard and have experienced.

For a man, he is attracted firstly because the woman is beautiful, has beautiful smile, has beautiful voice, although there are rare times that a man gets attracted first of her intelligence. When he gets to know more about her attitude, character personality, power, influence, artistry, talent and so on and when he sees her at her worst attitude and still love her is when the man knows it is true love.

For a woman, from the women I observed is they get attracted to non-physical qualities of man first. Rarely the woman gets attracted physically first so it is about attitude, character, personality, power, influence, intelligence, artistry, talent and so on. When she gets to see him more and see him at his worst form and still love him is when the woman knows it is true love.

Guys!!! I could use help here you know. Whatcha think about true love?

So I guess the man must persevere to whatever the woman commands while the woman must persevere to keep herself beautiful at all times.
Acts 15
13 And after they had held their peace, James answered, saying, Men and brethren, hearken unto me:
14 Simeon hath declared how God at the first did visit the Gentiles, to take out of them a people for his name.
28 For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;
29 That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
30 So when they were dismissed, they came to Antioch: and when they had gathered the multitude together, they delivered the epistle:
31 Which when they had read, they rejoiced for the consolation.
Okay so Jesus have compromises when dealing with Gentiles so that peace will reign. There are necessary things that must be followed. Other than this the compromises are tolerable.

I know this is sensitive stuff so the Church must have guidelines or compromises when members deal with non-members because the Church loves the members so they want the best for the members. Like we said God and his angels investigate non-members so they will see whether the non-member is worthy or having a righteous living. So if the non-member perseveres and proves worthiness, they should marry regardless of whether they are members or not.

Early Christianity

Revelation 1
9 I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

Like we said that "John" is the moniker for the wife of Jesus, it means the couple made the island of Patmos their home. Probably to hide. When the churches have read this, it follows that the couple left the place already.

"John" is in the patience of Jesus because a husband must be patient with his wife even after marriage.

The seven other dots in the map are the seven major churches in Asia Minor of Early Christianity. There is a mention of five loaves of bread and two fishes, this is agreeable that in the map above, two churches Smyrna and Ephesus are fishing towns while the rest of the five towns are for farming.

Luke 4
4 And Jesus answered him, saying, It is written, That man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.
That man shall not live by bread alone but fishes is to travel by sea in those days, now we also fly. Christians are to seek and help the lost sheep wherever they are.

So the lost years of Jesus is he studied abroad because his father can afford it. And based on the stories of Jesus calming the weather, it is because is a trained sailor that he knows when the sea is calm and when there is storm.

Okay after further studies I think Christianity thrived from East to West in the map above.

I still think Jesus studied abroad though.

Again the seven churches are also illustrated in the Parable of the Talents where three servants was given charge of five talents, two talents and one talent each. So these servants are in-charge of the ministry of the church.
Matthew 25
26 But his master answered him, ‘You wicked and slothful servant! You knew that I reap where I have not sown and gather where I scattered no seed? 27 Then you ought to have invested my money with the bankers, and at my coming I should have received what was my own with interest. 28 So take the talent from him and give it to him who has the ten talents.
The lone church was absorbed into the servant who has ten churches.
45 Then shall he answer them, saying, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye did it not to one of the least of these, ye did it not to me.
46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.
For that wicked and slothful servant, the everlasting punishment is regret for the rest of his life - for things the servant has done and things the servant did not do. Meanwhile the righteous will have eternal happiness if they persevere until the end.

The marriage of a Christian to a Gentile is illustrated in the Olive Tree in which Wild Olive tree is grafted. The Wild Olive tree partakes from the Olive Tree. The disciple James advises that you have compromises so it does not mean the person has to be married to their Church. Religion is not forced. The meaning of grafting is to marry people of different religion with faith and hope that the non-Christian member will eventually join the Church in the person's own time, evaluation and faith.
2 Corinthians 9
7 Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
You make people happy when you join with all your heart. No conditions asked. Why? Because this advice is borne out of love for their members. Because they want members to marry whom they truly love regardless of religion. Why? There are cases that two people truly love each other but they cannot marry because of religion. In cases that the non-member do not want to join the Church, the member will be broken-hearted. Allowing the marriage of a Christian to a Gentile is borne out of love for their members.

My Blog Roll

I would describe my blog Organized Chaos. Actually this term is from Coach Chot Reyes as far as I know referring to the Dribble Drive Offense our Gilas National Bball Team have utilized when he coached it. I am not a coach however so this just observations from a fan.

DDO is a spontaneous and unpredictable type of offense so it can be difficult to play against. Like an engine has spontaneous combustion it needs fuel. So Gilas is like running on gas sometimes and diesel sometimes. That is why Gilas was able to hang around stronger teams in the World Cup because they unfamiliar, unpredictable and since the schedule was crammed, pacing the players is also necessary for opposing teams.

However the team becomes predictable when scouts done their work because the team relied heavily on Andray Blatche. That was the weakness of the team, other than Blatche, we have undersized players.

I like to get more organized though so here is a good suggestion: Mishma

When writing it is my style to avoid apostrophes as much as possible. Not irritating but I just like the sound more of "I have not" instead of  "I haven't", "it is" for "it's", "will not" for "won't" and so on. You get it guys?

When it comes to zombie books, I do not read them. I dunno why. The moving pictures of zombies is the much more appealing to me. However I read zombie book reviews. So I started reading the reviews of this girl Faye from Goodreads. Would you believe it that the zombie girl has shifted to reviewing Young Adult books? Come on!

This is how I came to know the people in my blog roll. From the potato blog which includes Aimee and Rashika. I am entertained with their sword-fighting in the comment section. Believe it or not, the comment section is what you read in social media like facebook, youtube and so on because the people they have good ideas.

So the logic is that people can write good comments. It is the foundation to writing good blogs. Come on people. Write your own blogs or at least co-write in blogs so you can express yourselves more. So with writing blogs, this is one way to being a full-pledged novelist cause others they have their thoughts collected more easily to translate into novels.

Ms. Lyn of Side B and Manong Jim of Writing on Air I look up to them and my recently followed blog is Quezon and Sam cause the content is interesting.

The most funnest activities are the simplest things. I get my own colouring book.

However if you are given the gift of speaking, then show it. You apply for DJaying and VJaying and get into media work. You record yourself speaking, singing, playing the piano or whatever talent you got and share it on social media and get discovered. You also get into talent contests and win.

Christian Courtship

1 Corinthians 11
4 Every man praying or prophesying, having his head covered, dishonoureth his head. 5 But every woman that prayeth or prophesieth with her head uncovered dishonoureth her head: for that is even all one as if she were shaven. 6 For if the woman be not covered, let her also be shorn: but if it be a shame for a woman to be shorn or shaven, let her be covered. 7 For a man indeed ought not to cover his head, forasmuch as he is the image and glory of God: but the woman is the glory of the man. 8 For the man is not of the woman; but the woman of the man. 9 Neither was the man created for the woman; but the woman for the man. 10 For this cause ought the woman to have power on her head because of the angels.
For a man, you have to prove yourself to the woman. Do not say I love you if you do not mean it. Do not date someone just to make another person jealous. Do not cheat. Do not lie about your feelings. Do not date someone just because someone else is unavailable at the moment. Do not play with someone's emotions. Just be a decent person. I know this sounds unfair to a man but its the law. You don't have a choice.

In cases a woman pursues a man, she should have power on her head because of the angels means she knows how to choose a qualified and righteous man. And the angels are his spies. So God does not know everything that is why he needs angels. Its very difficult to hide things from God because he has angels. However Judas Escariot was able to deceive God and his angels. In the end though, Judas Escariot was hanged.
1 Thessalonians
15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
When the woman exalts the man, or in rare case, the man exalts the woman, the man and woman couple is in heaven. The angels are those people close to their hearts and the people who meet them in the sky are people on Earth who can fly.

As you can see, the atmosphere has layers so The Father and his angels meet them in the air cause they are like-minded people. I think flying people can be angels too. God keeps watch on the demarcation line cause he is a jealous God. The earth and its atmosphere is the limit for flying people and angels. The man and woman couple travel to other planets and to faraway galaxies.

I saw two kids dancing at this on the arcades

The Mask

Matthew 16
1 The Pharisees also with the Sadducees came, and tempting desired him that he would shew them a sign from heaven. 2 He answered and said unto them, When it is evening, ye say, It will be fair weather: for the sky is red. 3 And in the morning, It will be foul weather to day: for the sky is red and lowring. O ye hypocrites, ye can discern the face of the sky; but can ye not discern the signs of the times? 4 A wicked and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given unto it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas. And he left them, and departed.
What is this phenomenon?! It is suggestive that Jesus despises and avoids these wicked and adulterous men and Jesus compared them to Jonas who did not get a sign from heaven. Jesus wouldn't show his face to this people. Could it be that Jesus wears a mask to disguise himself when preaching?
Matthew 10
27 What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light: and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.
Of course the meaning could be literal or a metaphor or both.

I think that in Matthew 10 it is literal that Jesus wears a mask when preaching to members because only the disciples know his true identity. While in Matthew 16 Jesus doesn't wear a physical mask and these are people trying to investigate or get close to him but Jesus smells what these guys are up to so he said Hear the wind sings.

Ima Book Blogger

I do not think I can write a book blog though I enjoy reading. Cause reading its like reflex action you know. Of course depends on the book. Like coloring a coloring book. When you done coloring books, don't show it on instagram okay? I gonna get my own okay? So I think I am just lazy in writing a review. Here is several of what I written on Goodreads.

1. The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, #1) Adams, Douglas

Funny and entertaining, but lacked excitement. and i think its odd that the 2 remaining earthlings did not gravitate towards each other.

2. I Am Legend and Other Stories Matheson, Richard

Really enjoyed this one. ranks up there in stories about vampires. the movie version altered some of the details which created a different feel to it - i did not like it. definitely gonna read this again and make a proper review.

3. The Autobiography of Benjamin Franklin Franklin, Benjamin

Ok so, i was expecting a lot from this book, but unfortunately, i find it absolutely boring.

4. The Hunger Games (The Hunger Games, #1) Collins, Suzanne

OK i'm giving this 5 stars already. I am still far from finished but i have seen the film. I wish i had written this shit.

5. Blindness (Blindness, #1) Saramago, José

1st attempt 03-06-12
Nice concept of people turning blind but i dont like the story-telling.

2nd attempt 05-20-12
I thought i'll give this another go - so i opened the book near the middle, kind of hoping that it would give me the magic of Pulp Fiction (Tarantino jumbled the parts of the film). As i understand it, what the author tries to convey is that Blindness is a metaphor for the helpless people, the origins of government in a society and all that comes with it - corruption, bureaucracy, greed etc. There are 3 classes of people in this book - the blind, the contaminated-but-not-blind and those who are not blind. But regardless of class, people are still people so they can be honest, crooks, fools or indifferent as well. I like the quote below that describes how the blind were stripped of possessions:

"Scattered on the ground, apart from some shoes that had lost their feet, lie bags, suitcases, baskets, each individual's bit of wealth, lost for ever, anyone coming across these objects will insist that what he is carrying is his."

To be continued when the mood suits me...

6. Hear The Wind Sing (The Rat, #1) Murakami, Haruki
Man that was a good read. Funny, thought-provoking in a kind of depressing way but i think what Murakami wrote here is a mirror of real life from an autobiographical point of view. I'm sure readers can relate to the experiences of the Narrator and his buddy "The Rat"- lots of beer drinking, driving 80kph and smashing the car into barriers and stories about their girlfriends.

I felt at times that i knew where the story is going but no, this is not one bit predictable. Murakami left a lot of things hanging but i kinda liked what he did here.

I definitely recommend this to readers who want something different. :D

7. The Time Machine: The Original Time Travel Story Wells, H.G.

Having watched the movie of the same title, i was expecting it to be the similar to the book. well it is similar and yet different but i like them both - the movie for the visuals and the added romance while in the book, i was actually picturing the character and scenes in the movie. I wouldnt know how much i would like it if i have not watched the movie version. Its difficult not to like the book. From the moment i read that "aside from 3 dimensions in space - the length, breadth and thickness, there is a 4th dimension which is time", i can't stop reading already. In the end, you will be left thinking of more questions than answers.

8. The Bridges of Madison County Waller, Robert James

A traveler meets a local citizen and then they fall in love. Yep the story is completely not uncommon, but the characters and scenes just seemed too real like i have seen it happening with my very own eyes. This book speaks loudly to my heart so i gotta give it 5 stars.

9. Roots: The Saga of an American Family Haley, Alex

An excerpt from Reader's Digest led me to this unusual and powerful tale several years back. The author, American Alex Haley traced his "Roots" to an African village where his great-great-great-great grandfather was kidnapped and then sold to be a slave in the new world. Its an overwhelming feeling when Haley finally meets his tribe.

Seek the Lost

John 10
27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me: 28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
Luke 15
4 What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it?
Matthew 10
5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not: 6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand. 8 Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out devils: freely ye have received, freely give. 9 Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses, 10 Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves: for the workman is worthy of his meat. 11 And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, enquire who in it is worthy; and there abide till ye go thence.
So whatever happened to the sheep that is lost? That is why we need hound dogs cause if the herd is too many, the sheep at the back cannot hear the shepherd. We need more shepherds as well.

As we said, Jesus is friends with Gentiles and there is good and bad people regardless of race or religion. What Jesus is saying in Matthews is that there are Gentiles and Samaritans who in preaching provides gold, silver and brass. The meaning of this is that in making friends, you do not need gold, silver and brass.

You do not need money, power and influence in making friends. Like-minded people link together. Like you connect with music, zombies, blogging, books and so on. You know your true friends when you provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses. Because true friends love you no matter what.

Colossians 1
15 Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16 For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17 And he is before all things, and by him all things consist.
When Jesus sent forth the disciples is to blaze the trails. Like for us here in PH, Efren 'Bata' Reyes is a trail blazer in Billiards, Paeng Nepomuceno in bowling and Manny Pacquiao in boxing. Of course these are remarkable feats they have achieved and they are unique so you do not have to be like them. Find your niche in this life however big or small it is cause every people has a purpose in this life cause even the sparrows have a role in the ecosystem.
Matthew 10
29 Are not two sparrows sold for a farthing? and one of them shall not fall on the ground without your Father.

Friends

What is a friend? Is someone who shares all your dreams and ambitions. Someone who loves you as you. Who are your friends? Tell me who your friends are and I will tell you mine.

Actually its fun to have like-minded people around. Believe it or not, when I was in Palau with my tennis buddies, its not the tennis we have the most fun with. Its the sweeping the water puddles on the concrete floor after the rain. We pick up something like this rubber screeders and rollers to push the water out and dry the flooring.

What is the meaning of this? That the most important things in life are the simplest ones? I guess so.

So I think these violent people also needs friends that's why they acting loud is because they are lonely. Why its not me okay? I'm not loud and I have you as friends. Besides I wouldn't be blogging if not for you. Well I'd still blog but not with urgency like this.

I mean as much as possible I like to learn people from me.

Wait I'm not saying that you should not be competitive. You must strive for perfection. To be number one. But as they say, that sometimes you must stop and smell the roses.

So the first problem is where do you get  a rose. Okay there's a garden and you pick up the most beautiful of all. You be careful cause every rose has its thorns.

Look people I'd like to put a blog roll here but you know, its counter-productive.

So I guess that is the mission and vision of the special Olympics. Is to help and have fun with like-minded individuals.

Ima sleep for now cause these couch potato darlings making loud noises.

This the reason why I want you to blog people because participating in forums and social media is a different thing. With blogging your thoughts are organized in one place and since you created it and do all the stuff, you know what it takes to have initiative. In blogging, we are making future leaders aside from questioning more serious topics in life. This is no problems for young girls and women. What I was thinking about is that the lack of boys and men blogging. Because they supposed to be leaders and that is unfortunate if you cannot express yourselves. Chances are men gets chosen for work over women because of them being men first of all. And that is unfortunate when that happens. So my hope is that men to prove themselves as leaders and for qualified women to be acknowledged as leaders. The qualified candidate should win regardless of whether they be men or women.
Luke 9
57 And it came to pass, that, as they went in the way, a certain man said unto him, Lord, I will follow thee whithersoever thou goest. 58 And Jesus said unto him, Foxes have holes, and birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head. 59 And he said unto another, Follow me. But he said, Lord, suffer me first to go and bury my father. 60 Jesus said unto him, Let the dead bury their dead: but go thou and preach the kingdom of God. 61 And another also said, Lord, I will follow thee; but let me first go bid them farewell, which are at home at my house. 62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
When your belief is proved wrong, you follow Jesus immediately so you can preach the kingdom of God. Otherwise you are leading the dead. Is your father God? Or is your father the devil? This is how we know who our friends are and who is not. No ifs and buts, friends the ones who follow unconditionally.
Ecclesiastes 10 (Old Testament)
18 By much slothfulness the building decayeth; and through idleness of the hands the house droppeth through. 19 A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things.
The Early Christians advised not to read the Old Testament because of this things. It says that money is the answer to life. This is from the devil. Money is the root of evil if you make it your father. However if you seek the kingdom of God, you learn the righteous way of earning money.

Blogging

Good Morning Kids! Hi! Hello! Our lesson for today is how to make your own blog.

1. Blog site. You can choose free blogs like blogger.com, wordpress.com, tumblr.com and so on. Alternatively you can have your blog designed by a pro. It depends on you whether you like to write, post pictures and so on.

2. Blog address. I like to put my name on the blog address. See this here lukas comes from Luis Castillo. Actually I have two given names Luis Voltaire. Friends and classmates call me Voltaire or Volt. Its because they know my name whereas for strangers they have difficult time comprehending my name. Walter? Thats what they hear from me. One time it is Bondying, this is a retarded grown-up from a local movie. I mean how in the world is Voltaire sounds like Bondying? Crazy people. So to make matters simple, I say Luis when asked. So the blog address is Lu+Cas then change c to k  to make lukas okay?

3. Blog title. This is what you gonna write or in connection with the blog title which is lukaslovesyou. So with undisclosed sources I titled this The New City. Just trust me that its connected okay?

4. Background. Okay the background is Disneyland. The New City. There goes my source. I want to go there because it looks like fun and try the rides there.

5. Blog design. I use the default design and but I adjust it to suit my taste like adjusting color and increasing the body width for this blog cause content is the most important of all. Notepad is a valuable tool also cause it unformats what I copy paste documents. As you can see, I can understand some HTML but not that well cause I don't even know how to center the gif file. Help please!

6. Blog profile. I guess it would be okay to introduce yourself but if you follow my blog, there's no need for introduction I guess. What is important is you put a picture there. A smile or even a hint of smile would be enough cause its a welcome sign. Otherwise you repel people. Like people put animal pictures as profile like an owl. What's the big idea? You insecure you can't put your picture? Get out of here. You know people they like to put faces on the names okay?

You know what guys, I don't think I can thrive in making a book blog meaning is when you blog about books and reviews it.

Speaking of books, what you need is a stamper to put on dates? A book should have mandatory date you know. Okay? To so-called book bloggers, imitation is a form of flattery. You're welcome.

Woman at the Mountain

John 8
1 Jesus went unto the mount of Olives. 2 And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them. 3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst, 4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. 5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou? 6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not. 7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. 8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground. 9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. 10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? 11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.
About time we clear the woman on charges of adultery. When Jesus said cast the stone, its to say "Go on, kill the woman as punishment for adultery". This is Moses' Law. Since the scribes and Pharisees believed in the Law of Moses, they can't break it by stoning to death the woman who did not commit adultery. So they went away. When Jesus said "Sin no more", its because the woman acted in league with the scribes and Pharisees whose intention was not to kill the woman but rather to shame Jesus in making a false judgment.

Since we talked about "John" being an alias for a woman, I think she is talking about herself here. "John" was a Muslim who held the Law of Moses in high regard.

And the scribes and Pharisees are plastic rivals who have ulterior motive at the woman.

Jesus has written on the ground. "Hi". "Hello".

Seriously, using women and children as human shields is an act of cowardice.

That is why we have to educate people about their human rights. Women has women's rights. Children has children's rights. And Men too have men's rights. Men can choose peace not war.

In spite of these wars going war, I see hope in the blogs of the young ones of the next generation. I also have faith that they follow the good works they learned and teach other people about it.

Celibacy

Matthew 19
12 For there are some eunuchs, which were so born from their mother's womb: and there are some eunuchs, which were made eunuchs of men: and there be eunuchs, which have made themselves eunuchs for the kingdom of heaven's sake. He that is able to receive it, let him receive it.
James 2
18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. 19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead?
James 2
14 What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him? 15 If a brother or sister be naked, and destitute of daily food, 16 And one of you say unto them, Depart in peace, be ye warmed and filled; notwithstanding ye give them not those things which are needful to the body; what doth it profit? 17 Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
Matthew 24
42 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. 43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. 44 Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.
45 Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season? 46 Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he cometh shall find so doing. 47 Verily I say unto you, That he shall make him ruler over all his goods. 48 But and if that evil servant shall say in his heart, My lord delayeth his coming; 49 And shall begin to smite his fellowservants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; 50 The lord of that servant shall come in a day when he looketh not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, 51 And shall cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
As we said there are Eunuchs which made themselves Eunuchs for the kingdom of God. So this is about people who devote their time to educational pursuits and humanitarian service like priests and nuns among others.

So how can we know if a Eunuch is a follower of Jesus or not? James says that it is people who has faith and has works. Because Judas Escariot himself has deceived Jesus because Jesus can see faith in Judas Escariot's cries. That is how the Escariot deceived, he proclaims faith like that of Pharisees where he can be seen by people. However there is no works.

That is the difference of a faithful and wise follower compared to that of an evil and lazy follower. There is weeping and gnashing of teeth because he is a baby.
1 Thessalonians 2
16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first: 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord. 18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.
The dead in Christ are people of different beliefs, gentiles and atheists because there is a law written in their hearts to do good works. Naturally Jesus knows these people because he is a peacemaker and most probably have friends of different faith. These people understood first that the doctrines of Jesus makes sense and is for their own good.
2 Timothy 3
16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
Romans 2
10 But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile: 11 For there is no respect of persons with God. 12 For as many as have sinned without law shall also perish without law: and as many as have sinned in the law shall be judged by the law; 13 (For not the hearers of the law are just before God, but the doers of the law shall be justified. 14 For when the Gentiles, which have not the law, do by nature the things contained in the law, these, having not the law, are a law unto themselves: 15 Which shew the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts the mean while accusing or else excusing one another;)
Yes, the Early Christians are friends with Jews and Gentiles who has good works.
Matthew 6
24 No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.
This is why Jesus retired. So is there a contradiction because it says a Bishop can have one wife. This is a leader alright but there are instances that two or three people leads people.
Matthew 18
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.
Since a married individual cannot serve God full-time, two or three people can help in propagating the Church.
The First Triumvirate was a political alliance between three prominent Roman politicians (triumvirs) which included Gaius Julius Caesar, Gnaeus Pompeius Magnus (Pompey the Great) and Marcus Licinius Crassus.
The Second Triumvirate is the name historians have given to the official political alliance of Gaius Octavius (Octavian, Caesar Augustus), Marcus Antonius (Mark Antony), and Marcus Aemilius Lepidus, formed on 26 November 43 BC with the enactment of the Lex Titia, the adoption of which is viewed as marking the end of the Roman Republic. The Triumvirate existed for two five-year terms, covering the period 43 BC to 33 BC. Unlike the earlier First Triumvirate,[2][3] the Second Triumvirate was an official, legally established institution, whose overwhelming power in the Roman state was given full legal sanction and whose imperium maius outranked that of all other magistrates, including the consuls. - Wikipedia.
And why Presidents have Vice-Presidents and staff.

The celibacy in serving the Church is the ideal cause there is no greater perseverance than celibacy cause you have to endure lust and corruption until your death. That is why priests after completing the seminary course and the nuns finished their education in the convents, they are to mingle outside to be in limbo.

Princess Sara

Hebrews 11
8 By faith Abraham, when he was called to go out into a place which he should after receive for an inheritance, obeyed; and he went out, not knowing whither he went.
9 By faith he sojourned in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:
10 For he looked for a city which hath foundations, whose builder and maker is God.
11 Through faith also Sara herself received strength to conceive seed, and was delivered of a child when she was past age, because she judged him faithful who had promised.
12 Therefore sprang there even of one, and him as good as dead, so many as the stars of the sky in multitude, and as the sand which is by the sea shore innumerable.
13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country.
15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that country from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned.
16 But now they desire a better country, that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.

Sara must have been so attractive that it is said that she has innumerable suitors like the stars of the sky and sands of the seashore. Sara chose Abraham.

100% Pure Love

Is this the End of the World?
Matthew 24
6 And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows. 9 Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake. 10 And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. 11 And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.
Absolutely not. If you believe that this is the End of the World as we know it, chances are you have been led by a false prophet.

The end Matthew is talking about is a place you rest your souls.
Matthew 11
28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
Matthew 5
1 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him: 2 And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying,
3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
The poor in spirit will be rich in spirit
4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted.
5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth.
When you humble yourselves, you will find your own niche in this life.
6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy.
8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. (they will find peace)
9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Those who are pure in heart will find peace.
10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
With faith and perseverance comes the reward you desire.
11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake.
12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
You are very much welcome to the Church.

As you can see, there is no doomsday prophecy in the Bible. The end is the End of a Cycle of events in your life. So close cycles. For some the cycle is short while for some it is longer. Mourn if you must because you are being comforted. The Church welcomes you with arms wide open.

Okay? We clear on this?

This my favorite Metallica track.

You shake a pebble in an empty can and it makes a loud noise. Its loud but needs to learn a lot more. To learn more you humble yourself and believe that you can learn. That is if you have good intentions. Then you find your niche in this world. Know your role.

Actually this from my "article" in the past, 100% Pure Shit. I talked about how different a buffalo's shit is compared to a horse. You know history says horses get extinct in the Americas because of inferior digestive system. They were just re-introduced in recent history. The reason is that buffaloes' superior digestive system gets more nutrients they get from same amount of food than that of horses. The proof is in the shit, the buffalo dung is smooth, solid and grinded while in the horses there are undigested food in their shit.

Block Voting

2 Corinthians
Every man according as he purposeth in his heart, so let him give; not grudgingly, or of necessity: for God loveth a cheerful giver.
Voting is your own decision, not grudgingly or of necessity. Isn't this clear enough? Block voting cannot be decided by the Church. Are you robots that you just follow what is commanded to you? Try the Spirits if they are of God. You have your own mind to gauge whether who gets your vote. This is like fixed marriage. There is no love here when you command your daughter to marry someone. The decision rests on the daughter alone.

That's my Talent

Matthew 25
13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh. 14 For the kingdom of heaven is as a man travelling into a far country, who called his own servants, and delivered unto them his goods. 15 And unto one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one; to every man according to his several ability; and straightway took his journey. 16 Then he that had received the five talents went and traded with the same, and made them other five talents. 17 And likewise he that had received two, he also gained other two. 18 But he that had received one went and digged in the earth, and hid his lord's money. 19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh, and reckoneth with them. 20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more. 21 His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
22 He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them. 23 His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.
24 Then he which had received the one talent came and said, Lord, I knew thee that thou art an hard man, reaping where thou hast not sown, and gathering where thou hast not strawed: 25 And I was afraid, and went and hid thy talent in the earth: lo, there thou hast that is thine. 26 His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed: 27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury. 28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. 29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath. 30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
The wicked and lazy servant who has one talent accuses his own Lord that the Lord benefits from things he did not work on when the servant receives his pay from the Lord and his food and drinks comes from the Lord. God has given you talents so that you become educated and have a career you can help people in need. Since it is not in your heart to help people, the Lord will take away the talent from you. Babies will weep and gnash their teeth.
1 Peter 3
10 For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: 11 Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it. 12 For the eyes of the Lord are over the righteous, and his ears are open unto their prayers: but the face of the Lord is against them that do evil.
If you want peace, start peace. If you want to do good, avoid to do evil things. When you speak the truth, look for peace, and strive to do good, you will love life and see good days.

Lord's Supper

Matthew 26
17 Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Jesus, saying unto him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for thee to eat the passover? 18 And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say unto him, The Master saith, My time is at hand; I will keep the passover at thy house with my disciples. 19 And the disciples did as Jesus had appointed them; and they made ready the passover. 20 Now when the even was come, he sat down with the twelve. 21 And as they did eat, he said, Verily I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.
Mark 14
12 And the first day of unleavened bread, when they killed the passover, his disciples said unto him, Where wilt thou that we go and prepare that thou mayest eat the passover?
Matthew 4
4 But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.
Matthew 18
20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

This suggests that Jesus does not take much food at evening cause its bad for the health for your intestines to be working at night when it should be resting. If you want a complete meal, you eat not only bread so include meat, salad and beer. Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.

The Passover is from Moses that you have a buffet meal so Jesus and his disciples kept a light diet at the evening at Jesus' place because they don't want their diet to be known cause their a secret society.

For the Mass proceedings, not only three people are gathered in God's name but a multitude of people gathered together so this is good or what? God is with these people. People have different schedules so you organize yourself which time is best for you to attend the mass.

Now you ask why the heaviest meal at the breakfast is to recover from fasting, gives energy for the day and long term. Its also important that you push the shit out from your intestines. If you eat heaviest at night, you will wake up at ungodly hours shitting your pants.

Hair Style

1 Corinthians 11
1 Be ye followers of me, even as I also am of Christ.
2 Now I praise you, brethren, that ye remember me in all things, and keep the ordinances, as I delivered them to you. 3 But I would have you know, that the head of every man is Christ; and the head of the woman is the man; and the head of Christ is God. 11 Nevertheless neither is the man without the woman, neither the woman without the man, in the Lord. 12 For as the woman is of the man, even so is the man also by the woman; but all things of God. 13 Judge in yourselves: is it comely that a woman pray unto God uncovered? 14 Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him? 15 But if a woman have long hair, it is a glory to her: for her hair is given her for a covering. 16 But if any man seem to be contentious, we have no such custom, neither the churches of God.
As a sign of honor and respect, knights remove their helmets when reporting to royalty. It says if the woman should wear a helmet, then she has to have the qualities like that of a man. Knights are required to cut their hair cause its a hassle when when the helmet is put on. It looks messy and unsightly of a soldier to have long hair. So they are required to have short hair or shaven. If a woman wants to enter the training for soldiers, her hair should be cut or shaven also.

So this means this commandment is not for everybody. Paul is speaking here of leadership duties. Men leads people in almost all fields of endeavor but in cases a woman should lead, there must be a power on her head because of the angels. A sign from angels which means the members agree that she is qualified to be a leader. Also follows that Church leaders wear a cap that is removed to honor the Church. The caps are there to distinguish people.
Romans
4 so that the requirement of the Law might be fulfilled in us, who do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
The Early Christians walked according to the Spirit, thus their leaders - bishops and deacons were not required to cut their hair. Same goes for the members. Whatever hairstyle you think suits you.

I don't have a choice but I'd still choose you
If ever I have to choose though it is an impossibility
I'd still choose you
There is no one in my life but you
I don't love you but I'll always will
I can't help it that I love you
You are my oxygen

Philosophical Games

This is from the book Aristotle for Everybody, a commentary by Mortimer J. Adler published in 1978.
Many of us have played two games without realizing we were on the way to becoming philosophical. One is called "Animal, Vegetable, Mineral", the other "Twenty Questions".
Both games consist in asking questions. However that is not what makes them philosophical games; it is what lies behind the questions - a set of categories, a scheme of classification. Classifying things, placing them in this or that category, is a familiar process. Everyone does it at one time or another - shopkeepers whey they take stock of what is on their shelves, librarians when they catalogue books, secretaries when they file letters or documents. But when the objects to be classified are the contents of the physical world, or the even-larger universe that includes the physical world, then philosophy enters the pictures.
Classifying was one of the skills in which Aristotle excelled. Another was his skill in asking questions. Philosophical thought began with the asking of questions - questions that can be answered on the basis of our ordinary, everyday experience and with some reflection about that experience that results in a sharpening and refinement of our common sense.
So searching for the two games above Animal, Vegetable, Mineral and 20Q, I learned that it is similar to a local game here in a Philippine TV show. Aside from making our minds sharp, the game also teaches teamwork because one person asks questions about a word shown on the monitor above the person so the person cannot see it while the other person can only answer with a Yes, No or Maybe. This is like the national game here in cause the game is played at the schools, parties, basically anywhere.

Philosophy
: the study of ideas about knowledge, truth, the nature and meaning of life, etc.
: a particular set of ideas about knowledge, truth, the nature and meaning of life, etc.
: a set of ideas about how to do something or how to live

So games questioning the ordinary and everyday life is a good foundation that leads to more challenging questions and aspects of life. When you play these games at young age, your interest in a particular field or fields will show much faster thus your learning curve will also be faster so you will know your direction in life. Needless to say, we need to play these games all the time, and then moving on to difficult ones.
Acts 9
10 And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord. 11 And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the street which is called Straight, and enquire in the house of Judas for one called Saul, of Tarsus: for, behold, he prayeth, 12 And hath seen in a vision a man named Ananias coming in, and putting his hand on him, that he might receive his sight. 13 Then Ananias answered, Lord, I have heard by many of this man, how much evil he hath done to thy saints at Jerusalem: 14 And here he hath authority from the chief priests to bind all that call on thy name. 15 But the Lord said unto him, Go thy way: for he is a chosen vessel unto me, to bear my name before the Gentiles, and kings, and the children of Israel: 16 For I will shew him how great things he must suffer for my name's sake.
29 And he spake boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus, and disputed against the Grecians: but they went about to slay him.
This is the story of Saul who became an ally to the Early Christians. When you truly seek the truth, God will show you great things. Your questioning for the truth will lead to becoming bold and adamant in debates and disputes about your faith, career, and whatever aspirations you have.
Matthew 6
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
Saul must suffer because he is an initiate. The initiation entails suffering to unlearn things in able to learn the doctrines of Jesus.
Matthew 5
1 And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him: 2 And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying, 3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 4 Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. 5 Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. 6 Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. 7 Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. 8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. 9 Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. 10 Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. 11 Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. 12 Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
