Many of us are enthusiastic about astronomy. Actually its my dream to travel in a rocket with someone. If that happens its as passengers. Because being an astronaut requires strict qualifications. You have to be fit both mentally and physically. So when I encounter questions regarding astronomy, I leave the Bible because the Bible is not an astronomy book. I listen and read on astronomy books because they are the experts in this field. 'Leave the doctrines of the Bible and go unto perfection...'

My opinion is that planets has the potential for life because of Oxygen. Oxygen is the basis of life. Without Oxygen, anything that moves is like robot. So Oxygen is also the Spirit. If we see the primitive lifeforms, their purpose is to survive. Same with animals but they are capable of reciprocating love. For us humans, we are intelligent beings because we can are capable of traveling Interstellar.

Actually astronomers have already identified many exo-planets meaning that planets outside our solar system. And few of them, from their observation has earth-like qualities which is oxygen and water and land. It is like watching Genesis in motion. Although there is the time element that we cannot possibly see this in our lifetime cause the earth has come to be in billion of years.

We have fun, procreate and help other people. So for people studying astronomy, this is fun for them. Learning is fun. When have fun when we do things we love. So this is an advice for people going to college and all people for that matter.
