Proverbs 13
20 He that walketh with wise men shall be wise: but a companion of fools shall be destroyed.
This is not a good advice. This is why the Early Christians advised that you read the New Testament because they found evil in the Old Testament. You do not choose the ones you wanna be friends with. Because you like them as friends. The reason can be you share same hobbies and so on. So if your friend is a fool, it doesn't mean you are a fool as well. Its alright to be in company of fools so you teach them. Likewise you walk with wise men so you learn from them.
However the catch is the Early Christians advise to try all spirits, avoid appearances of evil. So avoid evil people regardless whether they are fools or wise. You keep company of good people whether they are fools or wise.
You guys might be saying that Jesus and the disciples searched for the lost lamb and sinners. Its because they are fishers of men. Their faith is strong. If you wanna follow the footsteps of the disciples, learn and follow the doctrines. When you are not strong, you can be tempted by the devil. Teach when you are strong because the blind cannot lead the blind.
To be strong in body and mind, you must exercise. So we train the body first to be physically fit. Your mind must be ready for fasting as well. Fasting is for the body and soul. Follow the after-six diet (or after-three diet if you feel you can) for 40 continuous days. Abstain from sex as well in the duration of the fasting. Fast annually.
Why you have to be strong when you fast is because you can collapse when you are not ready for fasting.
Because strong Olive trees endure even with broken branches. This is because they have strong roots. Children must have good foundations. And parents teaching them and studying in schools which teaches the Golden rule is the way.
Yes I know I'm just rehashing what I already blogged so give yourselves a favor and read back.
For old people, I would advice not to fast because their of their health. The goal is to learn wisdom in righteous living and since they are of old age, the progression of learning suggests that they have learned wisdom at this age. Actually the goal to learn wisdom must be accomplished way before you reach old age.
Likewise young people can fast only when they reach puberty because how can they abstain from sex when they are still innocent about it.
Actually the Muslim also believes in the Old Testament so we can see the Mall of the Emirates is built horizontally as opposed to vertically. I like this mall cause it is spacious, comfortable and is accessible through walkalators from the street so you do not have to walk far.
Meanwhile the United Arab Emirates also has the tallest building structure in the world with the Burj Khalifa which is also spacious and comfortable and you can see the stunning views at the top. It is also sensible to build high-rise building in places that have high market value.
The building codes has to be updated because it is logical, sensible and righteous. Laws have to be changed provided that it is logical, sensible and righteous.

Since the man is attracted at the physical at first means that he is of the Old Testament. While the New Testament is after the spirit is the woman.
I think this means that the Old Testament is designed for the physical which sometimes mirrors with the spiritual and sometimes not applicable.
And the New Testament is designed for the spiritual which sometimes mirrors the physical and sometimes not.

Revelation 13What is to be sold? The New Testament is after the spiritual goods.
17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name.
Revelation 3The kingdom of Jesus is rich with the golden rule and pure traditions. So if you wanna partake of it, then repent and learn how to fish the right way and be fishers of man. No to illegal fishing.
